THERMAL SPRAY ALUMINUM COATINGS
Our thermal spray aluminium coatings (TSA) are applied by skilled application engineers using the latest wire arc technology. The TSA coating service we provide is trusted by leading oil and gas and marine suppliers and OEMs.
Thermal spray aluminium coatings have excellent corrosion resistance properties and are typically utilised in subsea, marine, atmospheric and high-temperature applications. Alongside resillience, the long service life of TSA coatings and low maintenance requirements make them an ideal choice for applications.
Our scope of work
1. Grit blasting/sand blasting of the surface to remove rust/oxidized layer.
2. Equipment with consumables (Al wire) for execution of job.
3. Trained technician and other tool/tackles.
4. Deposit using TWIN WIRE TECHNOLOGY.
5. Coating thickness to be maintained 125-150 microns
Note: This is pure metallic (99.9%) coating, test certificate to be provided.
Plant scope of Work: Minimum Area Required 1000 Sq. Meters
1. Electrical supply for our Machine.
2. Lighting arrangement at work place.
3. Continuous, Compressed air supply upto 07-08 Kgs while execution.
4. Any other support at site required for smoothly execution of work.
5. Boarding-Lodging arrangement for our team.
6. To-fro Transportation.
7. Scaffolding required will be at your scope.
